HUNT: book a hunt with Flat Tops Wilderness Guides (FTWG) and hunt the largest elk herd in the world, mule deer or black bear from the lodge.

HIKE: head out of the lodge and explore hundreds of miles of trails.

FISH THE PROPERTY: fish Turret Creek, Sweetwater creek, or our pond on site.

FISH THE WILDERNESS: book a horseback fishing trip with FTWG into the Flat Tops Wilderness Area.

ATV OFF ROAD FISHING TRIP: book an ATV fishing trip with FTWG on the National Forest (just outside the wilderness area).

SWEETWATER LAKE: 1.7 miles down the road is the one of the largest natural lakes in Colorado. You can rent a paddle board, canoe, or kayak. Fishing in the lake is epic, where you can catch kokanee salmon, rainbow, brown, brook, and cutthroat trout. In the winter, there is also great ice fishing to be had.

HORSEBACK RIDE: book a day-long horseback ride with FTWG.

WHITE-WATER RAFTING: book a white water rafting trip down the Colorado River through the famed Glenwood canyon.

INNER-TUBE FLOAT: not into whitewater rafting? Book a scenic float or inner tube float down calmer sections of the Colorado River.

FISHING FLOAT TRIP: book a fishing float trip in a raft or drift boat down the Colorado River or Eagle River.

HOT SPRINGS: visit one of the hot springs in Glenwood Springs.

EAGLE RODEO: put on your cowboy hat and head down to the Eagle County rodeo grounds every Friday night during the summer.

SNOWMOBILE: book a snowmobile trip. If you have our own sleds, there are hundreds of miles of groomed trails and meadows full of powder right down the road from the lodge.

SKI/SNOWBOARD: Nearby ski resorts include Beaver Creek, Vail, Sunlight, Snowmass and Aspen.

SHOPPING: If shopping is more your style, Vail Village, Glenwood, and Aspen are just a hop and a skip away.
